There are two ways to get an E-mail address like the two examples, the first is to register a domain name, that is the portion after the @ symbol.  The second is to find the owner of the location style domain such as naroomaline.com and ask for an E-mail address (which may or may not cost money). 

To get an Australian domain name, that is a domain name followed by .au you must be a registered business with an Australian Business Number.  If you want to get a .com, which is a world wide commercial address (American mostly) you don't need to be a registered business.  Domain registration costs vary from $20 - $60.00 per year.  But that is only the start.

Before you register a domain name you must have chosen a sevice provider to host it for you.  The service provider has web servers, mail servers, routers and other high tech stuff which houses a registered domain and allows access to it via the Internet.
