By having an E-mail Address @naroomaonline.com you must agree to the following conditions.  Any failure to comply with these condition will result in your E-mail Address being discontinued.

You will not use your @naroomaline.com address to send SPAM, Unwanted Junk Mail, Unsolicited Commercial E-mail or anything which might breach any law (the laws of Australia will be applied).

Your mailbox will have a 5 megabyte limit placed on it.  You must also clear your mail box on a regular basis. 

The operators of Narooma Online will not under any circumstances give your E-mail Address to any individual or business.  The information you provide when signing up with us is kept in strict confidence.

Narooma Online will provide to appropriate authorities information about your E-mailing activity if any law has been broken and we are asked to supply such information by court order or to cooporate with authorities.

You must live in the Narooma Region to qualify for a free E-mail Address and you must be able to provide a telephone number for verification purposes.

Narooma Online agrees to keep you identity private in accordace with current Australian privacy provisions.
